HOW TO SHOP

Below are quick instructions on how to use our shop/make a purchase:

1. Click on the "SHOP PORTAL" button, above.
2. Our fashions are divided into individual categories. Select a category to view our many product options.
   To add an item to your Basket, click on "BUY". (Please make sure that you select a colour and size option where relevant).
   You can review your order at anytime by clicking on the 'VIEW BASKET' button
3. To complete your order, click on "VIEW BASKET".
   Ensure your order is correct, before clicking the "CHECKOUT" button. Once you have, you will be transferred to our checkout to complete your order with payment.

DELIVERY

Delivery Locations:

1. We can delivery to all accurate addresses all over the world (however, postage rates may differ depending on your location).
   * KINDLY NOTE that some addresses are not covered by our delivery system and should that be the case, we would immediately inform you.
2. Whilst we make every effort to deliver the goods as ordered as specified, we do not guarantee delivery on the day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. Neither would we accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
3. All orders are subject to stock availability.
4. When we deliver your item, you will be required to acknowledge receipt by signing the delivery note.
5. All goods returned to us must meet the guaranteed returned period of 7 days.
6. If any delivered item is faulty please contact us for replacement immediately on receipt.

Standard Delivery Times:
5-7 Working Days.

Delivery Cost:
Postage and package, for all deliveries start from a standard charge of ₤3.95.
Prices will vary depending on the value of your order and location. We would inform you when you place your order.

Delivery Policy:
Products will generally be sent out on the next working day.
When you place an order to purchase a product from Inspired Beauty, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order stating the details of your order.

Acceptance of Orders:
Your order represents an offer to us which would be accepted by us and a contract will be formed between us, when the goods is dispatched to you as confirmed in the Dispatched Confirmation E-mail to you.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our product or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.

Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and design may vary. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, If possible in the original packaging (with your customer advice note) within 7 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement – no questions asked. Please send all returned goods by registered or recorded mail and a retain proof of posting.

* PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used. In the interest of hygiene earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We can only replace identical products (request for different sizes acceptable), so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order.

Our sizes for women's clothing is based on the following specifications/principles:

1. Skirts – are measured from under the waistband, down to the bottom of the hemline.
2. Dresses - are measured from the centre of the back neck, down to the hemline.
3. Trousers – are measured on the inside leg only.

1. Cancellation Right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Please see our returns section within 'help' for further details.

2. Ordering Product

1. All orders placed with us are subject to acceptance by us.
2. All accepted order will receive confirmation of delivery date and cost of the product with details of returning the product if not acceptable.
3. Please go to return section to cancel or return all goods.

3. Processing Orders/Payment

1. Payment of orders placed would reflect in the next statement of account if an account holder.
2. All items on this website is correct but any error if known after an order has been submitted would be corrected by contacting the customer with an opportunity to order on the correct information or cancel the order.
3. All prices on the items are exclusive of VAT
